Thanks for the link and info! I'm always educating my patients about the mouth/body connection and that there will be more evidence linked as much more research is being done. Heart disease always seems to get their attention during my "lecture" ... it's like an "AHA" moment; but, adding the possibility of cancer will be even more awakening, I think. In the almost twenty years of practice, the mouth/body connection has been some powerful motivation.
